We got our wedding rings designed and made by Jacqueline and Edward and the whole experience was fantastic. We were keen to have some sustainable rings and they really delivered. Mark took us in to show us the workshop and discussed sizing and options with us. In the end he helped us design our own pattern for our rings and we are incredibly happy with the results. We were a bit nervous about spending so much money on wedding rings that we had only viewed online but we shouldn’t have worried. We bought the matching Barrs rings and they are just as beautiful as they seem in the photos on the website. We love the texture and colour of the white gold rings-they really are very special. The rings also fit perfectly thanks to the ring sizing service. It was so good being able to wear the ring sizers over a couple of days-we never knew our fingers changed in size so much throughout the day and night!!

I absolutely love the Hayakawa ring that Jacqueline & Edward have made for me here. It's stunning. I was looking for a wedding ring with a twist, to save myself wearing plain gold bands like every other bloke I know and this fits the bill beautifully. I found Jacqueline & Edward on-line. I was looking for someone who could create a one of a kind engagement ring for me to present to my partner Kelly, simple and elegant. I spent ages researching different people and decided on them for multiple reasons; 1. Selection and styling of rings on the website 2. Felt like I was being treated personally and not just "another" order. 3. Quality 4. Value for money 5. The environmental/ethical side of the business. Use of used precious metals and stones. The planting of a tree as part of each order. 6. The use of panned gold from different rivers and countries, making each order unique and meaningful. I had regular updates on status. When the engagement ring arrived I was blown away by the styling and finish, exactly what I was hoping for. AND She said yes. Based on this first experience, we both agreed that we would ask Jacqueline & Edward to make our wedding bands. We had 2 special requests. We wanted to have the same textured finish as the engagement ring and I asked if it would be possible to include a wedding band of my mums into the melt for mine. The answer to both, was YES. The first stage was so so simple. We were sent sizing gauges in different widths and thicknesses, and an impression kit so the hammered finish could be matched to the engagement ring. Once we had done the impression and confirmed ring size and width, it was all sent back in the postage paid envelope along with mums ring. As our wedding is not until December 2022, we were in no rush for the rings. So in late June this year, we had an e-mail to say the rings were being assayed. Before the melt mums ring was weighed and the spot price of its gold content was deducted from the ring cost. Last week the rings arrived and we are over joyed at the quality and finish, not that I expected anything else. I know that if you choose Jacqueline & Edward you will not be disappointed. We purchased our wedding rings from Jacqueline & Edward, we wanted something unique, that was good quality and reasonably priced. The rings Jacqueline & Edward produce ticked all the boxes and more as they are also eco friendly, and will plant a tree for each ring sold which is a lovely touch. The communication & customer service was excellent. The quality of the rings blew us away (we ordered online and didn't actually visit in person). My wedding ring fits around my engagement ring perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better service or better quality rings. Would highly recommend. Thanks again X

I almost never leave reviews, but I absolutely have to make an exception for Mark and Jacqueline. I came to them with an idea, having struggled to find anyone in the country who would even entertain it, and not only did they reply quickly and helpfully but it turns out Mark was able to make the engagement ring of my dreams!! I'm not exaggerating when I say it's some of the most beautiful work I've ever seen - I'm still in awe of how he managed it. For a family company with such wonderful ethics they're a real breath of fresh air in a market which is saturated by big-name small-heart conglomerates. Huge thanks to both Mark and Jacqueline for being so lovely to work with, and for bringing my very difficult idea to perfection. I will definitely be back!
