I received my wedding ring last week. I am totally delighted with the whole experience! I used the remote sizing service which was super useful for getting the correct size and gauging the width and profile I liked. My ring came out better than I expected - I love the fact that it uses recycled materials and river gold from where my family is from. Everyone was super friendly and responsive over the phone and by email, and more than happy to advise on and accommodate anything that I wanted. I cannot recommend Jacqueline & Edward enough!

What an amazing ring and outstanding service! I ordered my wedding band online and didn't pay attention to the measurements; the ring arrived but looked smaller than the engagement ring band. I got in touch and they sorted it out in a week! (remade the ring to the larger band width and depth) and offered the extra metal and labour... I highly highly recommend Jacqueline & Edward's rings and service, truly satisfying to do business with them ????

The whole experience from start to finish for my partner and myself was fantastic. They gave us a tour of their new office/workshop, the process and detail they go to go obtain a beautiful product and an amazing array of rings for inspiration. They were incredible at helping us achieve something different for my partner, and helped us trim back to budget when we got too greedy (couldn't help it, it all looked amazing!) The whole team were incredibly responsive via email too, and guided us through the process with ease. We even got a sneaky peak image of my partner's ring in production (checking with us before proceeding to do fine etch work detailing!) If you want a bespoke ring made just for you, this is the place.

We added some bespoke design changes and the team are incredible; from the amazing craftsmanship, company values and unique designs to very prompt and friendly communication. We felt safe purchasing from J&E every step of the way and could not think of a better company to make our beautiful rings. The ring sizing service was excellent to ensure the right fit and I added the bespoke contour too, which was super simple to do and shows off my ring against my engagement ring. We love Jacqueline and Edward. So glad we bought our rings from them. My fiance got me a beautiful ethical engagement ring from them. Then when it came to our wedding we decided to use them again and ordered matching twig and bark wedding rings. Mine was designed to fit well with my engagement ring and my fiances changed the design slightly to get what suited better. They were so accommodating with this and we were so happy with the rings when they arrived. All communication throughout was excellent, friendly and quick to respond and always keen to help. Absolutely beautiful rings and such a special story behind them, especially love the ethical, sustainable nature of them. Was a bit nervous about buying online without trying but received exceptional response to any enquiries over email and they are just as expected and receiving them in the post in the amazing packaging and ring box was the most exciting thing!
