Fabulous company. I’m so glad we ordered from a smaller family brand. Excellent from start to finish. Firstly we wanted one of the ring finishes but on a different shaped ring that wasn’t advertised on the website in that style and they said no problem at all they would do it for us.   The rings took slightly longer than the 6-8 weeks advised when we checked out but in the grand scheme of things they’re a small company who were busy and it didn’t matter as they arrived before the wedding. Then after 3 weeks of wearing his ring my husband decided it was slipping off too easily and we needed it downsizing half a size. Jacqueline and Edward accepted the ring back posted to them, resized the same day to ensure it got back to us for our honeymoon and then sent it back to us special delivery.   The customer service has been amazing. We will 100% recommend to our friends.

My engagement ring is a family ring and didn't sit flush with standard modern bands. Mark suggested the addition of a curve within the ring to help them fit more snugly together. This really helped and I am exceedingly pleased with the outcome. With the addition of custom patternation, they work as a pair really nicely. My partner had a hammered finish court ring and thinks it's cracking. We were able to use our own gold, and with the addition of bits of Yorkshire and Cornish gold, it just makes them extra special. We approached Jacqueline & Edward for two of their wedding bands and a bespoke commision of an engagement ring. My partner had a very particular engagement ring in mind and, during a visit to the workshop (which I'd highly reccomend!), Mark and the team took the time to talk through designs, show us the potential materials, discuss their ethics and ethos, and give us a step-by-step guide of the whole process. Their patience, knowledge and passion made them a pleasure to work with. The finished pieces are simply stunning and something we will both treasure. Thanks to their attention to detail and craftsmanship, the bespoke engagement ring is perfect and is exactly what my partner envisioned. The two wedding bands are equally as beautiful and it is great to know that the materials for all three rings were sustainably and ethically sourced, and included gold from the place we first met, as an added bonus! Jacqueline and Edward did a wonderful job on my wedding ring. My engagement ring has a daisy shape and so I needed my wedding ring to be made bespoke to fit around it. Their mold process was really easy and quick to use - they were also very easy to communicate and ask questions to! My wedding ring fits perfectly with my engagement ring and I love that it is all ethically sourced and made in the UK.

Absolutely in love with my wedding band from J&E, who were also a delight to communicate with. They are so genuinely invested in their sustainability mission and it's been wonderful to be able to inject so much extra special meaning into something which is intrinsically already a special item to us. My fiance and I got engaged in Scotland and noticed the deforestation in the highlands, so to have my ring made with gold panned from Scottish rivers and to contribute towards replanting the Caledonian forest is very meaningful to us. The ring itself is beautifully made and fits perfectly alongside my engagement ring.
