What do you buy your wife to celebrate 50 years of blissful marriage when she says emphatically that she does not want anything and is actually passing on jewellery to our children? I searched around for something special and came across Jacqueline & Edward. I bought a small hand-made gold heart made with panned gold from Cornish rivers, specifically relevant because we bought our wedding rings in St Austel, Cornwall, all those years ago. And we have a fir tree dedicated to us in the Caledonian Forest! I mentioned all this in my speech at our celebration dinner - the tears flowed! But I could not have asked for anything more poignant and pleasing for my wife, who wears the heart all the time. And just to add, the product quality, delivery and hallmarking service are second-to-none. Well done Jacqueline and Edward, who offer something really different in this age of standardisation and commodity pricing.

So pleased with our decision to order our wedding bands from Jacqueline & Edward! We used their remote ring sizing service, which I was nervous about initially, with not being able to try on the exact ring I wanted to ensure it fit with my engagement ring. However the entire process was quick and efficient and once we were ready to place our order but still had a couple more questions, we spoke with Mark on the phone and he was very friendly and helpful, which further helped solidify our decision. We were over the moon when our rings arrived a few weeks later; the fit was perfect, the packaging adorable and we especially loved being able to select the origin of the gold used for the rings. The sustainability element was also extremely important for us, as was finding unique rings that fit our personal styles. We looked in other high street jewellery stores and simply could not find what we did with J&E. Would absolutely recommend ordering your wedding rings from them!

I really didn't want a standard wedding band so when I found Jacqueline & Edward on Google I was super excited, then even more so when I realised they were eco-friendly and handmade. I was slightly worried purchasing online without trying on so I got in touch with them and was able to visit their workshop. Mark was super helpful and friendly, spending time telling me about the process and I was able to try some on. He made my band in line with the measurements of my engagement ring and I absolutely love it! It fits perfectly and is that little bit different - I also chose to have natural gold included from a certain geographical area, making it even more special! Also, it came in a beautiful handmade box! So.. A big thank you for creating not only my perfect wedding band, which I thought was real value for money, but such a wonderful sustainable business! We're definitely keen to have a gold panning experience sometime!

I found Jaqueline and Edward through an internet search as I wanted my ring to use recycled materials and be locally made. I also wanted to find a ring which would fit against my engagement ring. I'd tried some samples from other companies and none fit flush with my ring. Mark was really helpful, and knowledgeable and let me visit the workshop. He suggested different options (but with no pressure which was refreshing change) for the rings I was thinking of. As a result came out with one more amazing than I'd hoped for.
