I found Jacqueline & Edward in my search for an environmentally-friendly jewellery business and chose them also because of their ethos and being based in Yorkshire (where I'm from)! Mark has been great from my very first e-mail. I used examples from the website alongside pictures of my engagement ring to explain in a quite lengthy e-mail what I was looking for for a wedding ring! Mark sent a brilliant reply with lots of suggestions and ideas, including examples from the website that I hadn't seen. He was really helpful and I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase anything more expensive than I wanted to. Once we had discussed and decided on my ring and its design, I felt confident that Mark knew exactly what I wanted. Great value for money, great quality, environmentally-friendly jewellery and great service!

We also did a day's gold panning in the hills which was fascinating and added an extra layer of meaning to our rings. My husband and I booked the panning experience for our trip to Scotland in September with the hopes of including some of the river gold we found into our wedding rings. Panning is something I’ve always wanted to try and it was an absolutely fantastic day. Mark was our guide, demonstrating the panning technique and then overseeing us as we gave it a go ourselves. He was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to share stories of his experiences of panning over the years. The hours flew by and we thoroughly enjoyed the full day out by the stream. We both found small flecks of gold which we handed over to Mark and he took away with him to include in our beautiful wedding rings. The rings were presented in a gorgeous handmade wooden box and included a planted tree with a dedication of our choice. We love our rings so much and want to thank Mark and the team for such a memorable and lovely experience.

We received our rings today, they are absolutely stunning! Not only are they stunning, we love that they are eco friendly, ethically made and sustainable panned.
